Polybourse.com elects officers and authorizes an ITO

LAFAYETTE, Calif. - Amzeal -- Polybourse.com, Inc., elected its first slate of Officers at its initial organizational meeting on September 3, 2022:

Kurt A. Schultz was elected President of the Board of Directors,
Peter J. Schoewe was elected Secretary, and
Lance J. Tokuno was elected Treasurer.

These officers are expected to serve the corporation until the elections held at the next annual meeting, which will occur circa July 1, 2023.

The Board of Directors also authorized the issuance of an "Initial Token Offering", or "ITO", called the "Polybourse Future Electronic Advertisement Right", or "PBFEAR" token.  Proceeds from the sale of this ITO will be used to develop, test and implement the Polybourse.com online crypto exchange, which is expected to become operational in 3Q24,

Once the Polybourse.com exchange is operational, PBFEAR tokens will be redeemable online in exchange for advertising.  It is expected that the current purchase price will be at a considerable discount to the regular future price once the exchange has been implemented.  Any organization that is involved in the crypto cyberspace will be able to focus on an appropriate demographic by placing their advertisements on the exchange; they will be able to save money then if they buy the tokens now.
