Amzeal News/10516918
iTech Workshop, a leading provider of secure, cloud-based Medical Billing & Practice Management Software and RCM Services, has announced the launch of its Returnship program, "Let Her Return" aimed at helping skilled women professionals who have taken a career break to return to the workforce.
BANGALORE, India - Amzeal -- iTech Workshop, a leading provider of secure, cloud-based Medical Billing & Practice Management Software and RCM Services, has announced the launch of its Returnship program, "Let Her Return" aimed at helping skilled women professionals who have taken a career break to return to the workforce. The program is designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by offering training, mentorship, and job placement services within the organization.
According to a recent study by the Harvard Business Review, women who take a career break are less likely to return to the workforce compared to men, resulting in a significant loss of talent and skills. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately impacted women and marginalized communities, exacerbating the challenges of returning to work.

The "Let Her Return" program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to refresh and update the skills of returning professionals, making them competitive in today's job market. Participants will receive hands-on training in the development, testing, digital marketing, and business analysis fields. They will also have access to mentorship and career coaching, helping them navigate the job search process and build confidence.
"This Returnship program is one way we are working to break down barriers and create opportunities for talented women to thrive in their careers," said Siva Narayanaswamy, CEO of iTech Workshop. He added, "If India aspires to be an $8 trillion economy from the current $3.4 trillion over the next decade or so, a lot more women must move into the workforce. iTech's effort towards this Returnship program is a drop in that bucket!"
Returning candidates have the opportunity to participate in a six-month internship program. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates may be considered for a full-time position within the organization, contingent on the availability of a relevant job and their performance. In the event that there are no suitable positions available, the organization will issue an internship letter to recognize the candidate's efforts.
