Zorzal Inversiones Tecnológicas completed a purchase of shares of Arkano Software

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay - Amzeal -- Zorzal Inversiones Tecnológicas S.A., a Uruguayan company listed on the Montevideo Stock Exchange (BVM), announced the acquisition of a Minority portion of the stock package of Arkano Software, a technology company with more than 18 years of experience in the region, specializing in the implementation of Microsoft solutions, with operations in Latin America.

CDI Global Latin America led by Daniel Boutmy, Martin Arocena and Martin Etcheverry, acted as Arkano M&A advisors during this Process, supporting in all relevant aspects, delivering a successful and optimal outcome for Arkano Software.

According to Zorzal's statement, Arkano operates in markets such as Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. Furthermore, the company "has been recognized eight times as Microsoft Partner of the Year for its leadership in the adoption of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
