Vesta Software Group, a software multinational company bought the Uruguayan Datalogic

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay - Amzeal -- CDI Global Latin America (Uruguay), led by Daniel Boutmy, Head of LatAm, closed another successful transaction advising the Seller.

Datalogic, an IT Uruguayan company that specializes in software development and technology outsourcing was sold to the multinational Vesta Software Group.

Datalogic was founded in 1987 and is dedicated to providing services in the areas of software development and technology outsourcing. Vesta Software Group, a subsidiary of Jonas Software, announced in a statement the acquisition of the Uruguayan technology company Datalogic Software, which provides software solutions for business resource planning, human resources and payroll management in the region.
