TRIBUS Solid Earth launches New Mexico MLS Site
Amzeal News/10482327
New consumer data will generate more leads and impressions for agents
SANTA FE, N.M. - Amzeal -- Solid Earth, a wholly owned subsidiary of TRIBUS that focuses on the software needs of MLSs and Real Estate / Realtor Associations, recently launched another new MLS public facing website for the New Mexico Multiple Listing Service.
"This is a restart for us. Our members are our heart and soul. They are our family. We want to support them so they can turn around and support their buyers and sellers, and then support their future buyers and sellers. This website does that— both in generating leads and by helping them look really great to the outside world," said Megan McFarlane, Executive Director of New Mexico MLS.
The site is designed to have the consumer top of mind while making the agents' listing shine. By taking the route of technological investment, the New Mexico MLS is focusing their energy into opportunities of growth in new ways that cultivate success. This new platform gives a trusted site a refresh with a more modern, cohesive appearance that steps away from the standard business site look.

"At our core, our goal as a company is to make our members' lives as easy and as simple as possible. If they are getting leads and wins then we are winning," McFarlane said.
The proof of this investment comes down to the numbers; Solid Earth websites generate thousands of free leads each month for listing brokerages. Additionally, Solid Earth's client, the Florida Keys MLS saw a 22.07% increase in traffic YoY as well as Maine MLS, which saw a 4.66% increase. In addition, it brings more free impressions to their listings which can help generate more offers.
"Agents love the free leads and extra publicity. It strengthens the engagement between brokerages and their teams as well as their clients while keeping them ahead of the curve," said Roger Anderson, Solid Earth's Director of Projects.
