Thomas J. Gravina Retires as Chief Executive Officer of Evolve IP

Mr. Gravina Remains as Executive Chairman of the Board; Guy Fardone Transitions to CEO

WAYNE, Pa. - Jan. 11, 2018 - Amzeal -- Evolve IP®, The Cloud Strategy CompanyTM, today announced that Thomas J. Gravina has retired as Chief Executive Officer of Evolve IP and is succeeded by Guy Fardone who previously served as the company's President. Mr. Gravina will remain as the Executive Chairman of the Board and stay actively involved in the company's M&A strategy and philanthropic efforts. He also remains as one of the company's largest shareholders.

"In May of 2016 Evolve IP brought in Great Hill Partners to accelerate the company's growth," said Mr. Gravina. "Once that transaction had settled we put an 18-month succession plan into place to ensure a stable transition while maintaining our aggressive expansion and continued development. That plan has culminated today with Guy Fardone becoming our new CEO."

"A little over a decade ago Thomas Gravina had a vision about the way technology would be purchased and deployed and today 'The Cloud', a term that was essentially unknown, has disrupted virtually every industry," Fardone said. "Tom's vision, coupled with the efforts of a dedicated global team, has turned Evolve IP into a phenomenal success story and we're very grateful for his leadership."

"Guy Fardone was part of that group of entrepreneurs and will now very capably take the reins as the CEO while the rest of that team remains in place as top executives in the company."

Gravina continued, "There are too many others to mention along the way whom I have had the privilege of calling my friends that are part of Evolve IP's success and I'm grateful to each and every one of them for their loyalty, dedication and most importantly their individual contributions to our incredible success over so many years. Evolve IP is now a global leader providing cloud technologies to hundreds of thousands of people all over the world and with Guy as our CEO, and the rest of our senior leadership in place, I am more confident than ever about what the future holds for us."
