The C.K. Steele Human Rights Institute Holds its Inaugural Event

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Amzeal -- At 11:00 a.m. at the Bethel Family Life Center on March 26, 2023, Tallahassee newest non-profit and legacy organization headed by the youngest son of the Rev C.K Steel, the preeminent civil rights leader of Tallahassee. The organization, The C.K Steele Human Rights Institute is hosting its inaugural event to honor civil rights pioneers of Leon County, many of who were the not only the back bone of Rev Steele's work, but also those who have carried the touch forward. Michael Dobson, President of the Dream Foundation, and organization with a mission to promote Dr. King's legacy statewide is one of a list of prominent board members, many of whom continue advocating in the spirit of Rev C.K Steele like Pastor Don Tolliver who heads the Tallahassee Branch of the National Action Network… a national organization headed by Rev. Al Sharpton.
