Target Arm Announces Douglas Neugold to Join Board of Directors

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - Amzeal -- Target Arm Inc. is proud to announce that Doug Neugold has joined our Board of Directors as of January 29, 2020 for a two-year term. Jeff McChesney, CEO & Founder stated, "we are so very fortunate to have Doug bring his considerable skill and experience to our emerging growth company. He brings a valuable perspective, having led and sold a public company as well as a great track record as an emerging company investor."

At present, Doug is a private investor and Board member of several early-stage technology companies. Notably, he is the Chairman of Univercells, a privately held Belgian group which is an acknowledged leader in the production of low-cost biologic drugs. Prior to his current activities, Doug was Chairman/CEO/President of ATMI, Inc. from January 2011 to April 2014, when ATMI was acquired by Entegris for $1.2B. ATMI was a global leader in semiconductor materials and systems as well as a leader in creating and establishing the single use bioprocess equipment segment of the biologic pharmaceutical industry. In that role, he led the investment in and acquisition of many early-stage technology companies. Prior to ATMI, he held multiple Executive and Senior leadership roles in Johnson Matthey Plc's Electronic Group, now part of Honeywell, culminating in his being President of the Semiconductor Packages Group. Since 1982, Mr. Neugold has worked in the electronics industry. Mr. Neugold has a B Sc. degree from Clarkson University.
