Qualis LLC welcomes Darren Gero as VP of Business Development

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Amzeal -- Qualis LLC is pleased to announce and welcome Mr. Darren Gero as a Vice President of Business Development, reporting to Qualis Executive Vice President Mr. Jon Cabra.

Gero will support organic growth initiatives within the business development team, focusing on developing and implementing strategic plans to drive company growth, increase revenue, and expand into new markets.  Gero will collaborate with all Qualis business groups to drive critical development and market expansion across the company.

Prior to joining Qualis, Gero led the Aerospace and Engineering Business Unit at Peerless Technologies. Here, he was responsible for the development, implementation, and overall management of products, services, and technical solutions for NASA, Air Force, and Army Markets.

Prior to his service at Peerless Technologies, Gero served at Dynetics, Inc., where he was the Director of Business Development of IT and Engineering Services. In that role, he successfully captured new business with NASA and DoD customers and was instrumental in the startup and growth of a subsidiary company. He also served as the Business Development Manager at Teledyne Brown Engineering and started his career as a Program Analyst leading a team of Flight Controllers to execute payload operations on the International Space Station for NASA.

Gero holds a Master's in Management (Federal Contracting) from the Florida Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Louisiana State University.

"With more than 25 years' experience in the defense and aerospace industry, Gero brings critical knowledge to this role," said Cabra. "His depth of knowledge and relationships in key technology markets, will serve Qualis well as we continue to execute our growth strategy.  With Gero joining us, it's the next step continuing to build on several years of strong organic growth at Qualis."
