Phinge Founder and CEO Robert DeMaio Continues to Convert Previous Debt Owed to Him by Phinge Corporation into Convertible Notes

Amzeal -- As a continued commitment and belief in Phinge's Neteverse patented, app-less technologies, verified platform, AI and hardware, its Founder and CEO Robert DeMaio is continuing to convert his debts owed him by Phinge Corporation into convertible notes for Phinge common shares. He has converted additional aggregates of $90,000 and $75,000 of debt for a total to date of $315,000, at a valuation of 12 billion dollars.

Mr. DeMaio, who owns more than 98% of all outstanding shares of Phinge Corporation, believes in the company and its patented technologies including its Netverse app-less platform and patented innovative hardware more than ever and his continued debt conversions signify that belief. This is beneficial to Phinge Corporation as well as it prepares for its launch of Netverse in 2026.
