PatchRx and ChartSpan Partner to Provide Preventative Care Services to Health Systems

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Amzeal -- PatchRx, the company revolutionizing patient care through its patented medication adherence technology, and ChartSpan, the largest full-service Chronic Care Management (CCM) organization in the U.S., have partnered to recommend preventative care programs to health systems and practices.

PatchRx was founded in 2018 to address one of the most pressing challenges in healthcare today: medication adherence.
