NILES, Ill. - Amzeal -- On May 13, 1965, Jerry Chesnul (Jeron CEO) filed articles of incorporation with the state of Illinois which officially began Jeron Electronic Systems, Inc. as a company. More than half a decade later, Jeron Electronic Systems, Inc. is excited to be celebrating 60 years in business in 2025.

To this day, Jeron remains a family-run business that designs and manufactures alerting and communications systems for the healthcare, commercial, and residential markets. With family members in all senior management roles, this provides a direct line of communication from end-user facilities to management, enabling a nimble design and manufacturing process that adapts to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
