These early experiences across different sectors gave her a wide lens on hiring. "I've seen how important the right hire is, whether it's for a hospital, a data center, or a warehouse," Kallie said. Kallie's leadership now includes managing a team of search consultants, supporting business development, and helping shape hiring strategy for the agency's Texas operations.

Outside of her day job, Kallie stays active in the Dallas community. She volunteers with local programs and supports her children's sports teams. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and enjoys running and reading in her free time.
