- 18% of EMS use radio to contact medical control from the field. Other teams call the hospital, call a physician directly, or use communication software. Issues include connectivity problems or long waits.
- 77.14% of hospitals receive accurate ETAs from incoming ambulances. The remaining 42.86% do not, making it difficult to notify relevant staff.
