Gaston College Data Breach: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

OKLAHOMA CITY - Amzeal -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving Gaston College. On February 22, 2023, Gaston College detected unusual activity on its internal network, indicating a data breach. Based on a forensic investigation, Gaston College confirmed that cybercriminals gained access to its network and accessed certain Gaston College systems. Gaston College further determined that unauthorized cybercriminals accessed and even acquired certain files from Gaston College systems, including files that contained the sensitive personal information of 191,324 individuals.
