BROMLEY, U.K. - Amzeal -- Franco Polished Plaster (Franco Finishes Ltd), a family-run business with 35 years of experience, is celebrating its anniversary this year. The business, founded by Joe, Richard, and Pauline Flanagan, is a UK manufacturer of its own polished plaster product, Portofino.
The resurgence of polished plaster is captivating the imagination of London homeowners, who are drawn to its unique, luxurious finish.
