Founders Bank Promotes Chris Lipscomb to SVP & CLO

WASHINGTON - Amzeal -- Founders Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Lipscomb to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. In this elevated role, Lipscomb will lead the bank's commercial lending team and drive loan growth as Founders Bank expands market share across the greater Washington area.

Lipscomb joined Founders Bank in 2023 as Northern Virginia Market Leader, bringing with him 23 years of local banking experience. He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in underwriting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial real estate and commercial and industrial credit relationships. As a member of the Officers' Loan Committee, Lipscomb has consistently balanced client needs with the bank's credit philosophy, adding significant value to the commercial lending division.
