Founders Bank Promotes Chris Lipscomb to SVP & CLO

Lipscomb joined Founders Bank in 2023 as Northern Virginia Market Leader, bringing with him 23 years of local banking experience. He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in underwriting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial real estate and commercial and industrial credit relationships. As a member of the Officers' Loan Committee, Lipscomb has consistently balanced client needs with the bank's credit philosophy, adding significant value to the commercial lending division.
