FileHold 17 with new features and modern technologies is receiving Positive Customer Responses

E-signature is an increasingly asked for feature to automate the capture of legal signatures on important documents.  FileHold has been working with Adobe Acrobat Sign for some time, and now FileHold 17 is compatible with DocuSign, the largest player in the electronic signature marketplace. Both signature tools allow users to initiate correspondence with their clients, capture an authenticated signature and securely store the document back in the repository without leaving FileHold workflow.

Government and other large organizations now have the option to insert a terms and conditions gateway to their users' access of the system via a highly configurable warning banner. Acceptance and rejection of access conditions are fully logged along with other access activities.
