They can capture and release funds when needed and refund transactions fully or partially. They can also view past transactions and saved payment methods while ensuring human confirmation for complete control.

Customer payments are handled in one place, without navigating different menus. Funds can be reserved and charged later, refunds issued in seconds without logging into a separate gateway portal, and complete transaction history is available for faster, informed decisions.

Every action stays in control, nothing is charged, refunded, or reversed without explicit confirmation. Transactions automatically reroute if a method fails, eliminating manual touchpoints. Role-based access ensures users only see and do what they're permitted to, within a secure, compliant Salesforce environment, with every transaction synced to Salesforce records.
