Imprivata Inc, the digital identity company for mission- and life-critical industries, has entered the German market and further strengthened its position in Europe with the acquisition of OGiTiX Software AG. Imprivata invests in combined platform to create significant operational efficiencies, improve cybersecurity, and ensure compliance for healthcare organizations in the DACH region.
OGiTiX Software AG, based in Langenfeld (Rhineland), is a German software manufacturer that offers powerful and modular Identity & Access Management solutions. Their IAM solutions are based on our unique low-code platform OGiTiX unimate and offer easy customization and high investment security.
The CDI Global offices of Antwerp and Munich advised and supported the management of Imprivata, a Waltham, USA based, digital identity software provider, in the acquisition process. Imprivata is owned by Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm specialized in growing software companies. Our experience in healthcare software, more specifically in IAM, our local presence in Germany and entrepreneurial way of operating were the decisive points to work with CDI Global.
