SecureCall is the first and only integrated application that seamlessly delivers PCI compliant calls natively within the Webex Contact Centre and Webex Calling client application. This integration empowers Webex customers to strategically manage the risks and rising costs associated with PCI-DSS compliance. The innovative approach of 'outsourcing' the card payment process to SecureCall delivers a streamlined and secure solution to Webex customers.
SecureCall went live at ConnectEast, a Webex customer, earlier this year. With this implementation, ConnectEast now take secure payments by phone and satisfy their PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) obligations, ensuring a safer and more streamlined transaction process for their customers.
