DALLAS & DENTON, Texas - Amzeal -- In observance of Black History Month, Denton County Friends Of The Family (DCFOF) will host its 5th Annual 'Evening of Raised Awareness Event' featuring Author, Philanthropist, and Entrepreneur, as Keynote Speaker.
Mel Jackson, as seen on Fox 4 News (KDFW) and ABC 8 (WFAA), will provide a powerful presentation that will heal, inspire, and transform attendees who have gone through issues of domestic violence.
Mel Jackson is a passionate, inspirational speaker and the writer of the Self Care Book titled 'Blessings In Broken Places, from Abandonment to Abundance' which will be available during the event.
