Amzeal News/10307838
FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. - March 13, 2019 - Amzeal -- Radarsign, the manufacturer of the world's first armored radar speed sign, continues to experience record-breaking sales success. For the 14th consecutive year, the Marietta, Georgia-based manufacturer saw year-over-year sales growth across all customer categories, which include law enforcement agencies, municipalities, corporate campuses and government entities.

Radarsign's 2018 highlights include:

• 14 percent increase in total company revenue over 2017
• 10 states saw high-volume sales of more than 50 signs each, including Colorado, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Washington
• 25 percent of 2018 sales came from returning customers, which reflects continued confidence in the Radarsign brand and family of products
• Debut of a new product offering with the rollout of the compact Hyper-Alerts option for the TC-600 (https://www.radarsign.com/radarsign-debuts-new-tc-600...)

"The ability to deliver new products and options in a changing market is critical if a company is going to remain a market leader," says Charlie Robeson, co-founder and managing partner of Radarsign. "2018 marks Radarsign's newest product rollout, with the debut of the TC-600 Hyper-Alerts option."

The Hyper-Alert clusters—exclusively available from Radarsign—utilize compact clusters of 68 LED lights that are built right into the "Your Speed" faceplate. These amber clusters deliver an impossible to ignore speeder alert at a very low price point. When combined with the full-matrix word alerts SLOW DOWN or TOO FAST, speeding drivers can be signaled to slow their vehicle to a much safer speed.

"With 25 percent of sales coming from return customers, 2018 confirmed again that Radarsign has cultivated a strong base of very satisfied and loyal customers who prefer to use our products," says Robeson. "This metric is a huge compliment to the company's commitment to service and support. The correlating metric is that 75 percent of 2018 sales came from new customers, which confirms continued expansion into existing markets."

Founded in 2004, Radarsign has become the vendor of choice and continues to manufacture the premier U.S.-made radar speed sign used all over the USA, Canada, and U.S. military bases overseas. Radarsign radar speed signs are effective because they leverage feedback loops, a concept which states that providing people with information about their actions in real time and giving them an opportunity to change those actions, pushes them toward better behaviors—action, information, reaction. In areas considered to be "autopilot journey" destinations (https://www.radarsign.com/traffic-calming-applications/school-zones/), drivers often break the speed limit, brake too late or don't stop at pedestrian crossings. Strategically placed, radar speed signs can serve as triggers, stimulating drivers to transition from autopilot to attentive.
